When play ceased on 1 the previous night, the scores, were: Smith 5 3001, unfinished 7; Braggo 2925.. At the end ; of the afternoon session yesterday the scores i were: Smith 3750, 22 unfinished; Braggo 3G57, and at the conclusion of the evening session Braggo 4502, Smith 4357. , At one period of the evening's play Braggc was about 400 points to I the bad, but ho finished with Mo to the good, i- being assisted by a break of 183, the highest ii miido so far in the match.
