There is a revival of interest in connection with tho recent placing of five officers of tho Fifth Lancers on half-pay. Tho " Daily Mail " urges that there should bo a public inquiry, especially into the caso of Captain Bryco Wilson, who considers himself tho victim of Colonel Graham's secret confidential reports.
