In most instances he found it inferior, though tho charges were high. His chief, grievance Now Zealand was tho restriction placed on. tho sala of liquor. Ho .was not a drinking man in tho general sense of tho term, but most peoplo like a glass of something• .with their- meals, and in Now Zealand lit'-was idiflicult- to get a class of ale or wine. , Concluding, Colonel.
