The weekly report of tho Utility Poultry Club's (Lincoln CollegeV third--'egg-laying competition ,for tho week ending January 24 shows that during the week 882 eggs were laid, bringing-the total to date for the competition up to 37,343. The best pens for tho week were':-W'. A. Nixon's Silver Wyandottes, 37; W. A. Nixon'sj White Leghorns, 32; F. G. Brit-tan's White Leghorns, 32; Allan Petrie's White Leghorns, 30; J. Jackman's, Silver Wyandottes, 30; A, W. Y. Clarke's Silver Wyandottes, 37; G. Robinson's White Leghorns, 27. Tho best totals so far are Allan Petrie's White Leghorns, 1047; J. Tonge's White Leghorns, 995:: Miss Rita Nixon's White Leghorns, 98-5; W. A. Nixon's Silver Wyandottes, 954; W. For rest's, Black Orpington's, 952; F. G. Brittan's, White Leghorns,' 929; W. A. Nixon's White Leghorns, 915; A. W. V. Clarke's Silver Wyandottes, 903; T. Kennedy's Silver Wyandottes, 905.
