TEN ROMNEYS PER ACRE ON PASPALUM.
A. H. Haywood, in,a recent number of the New South Wales "Agricultural Gazette," contributed a brief note on Romney sheep at the Wollongbar. Experiment Farm. Very satisfactory results had been obtained. The sheep matured early and produced on an averago 71b. ilceces. The carrying capacity of paspalum grass "at a very low estimate, may bo put at 10 sheep to the acre."
