TESTS FOR MAMMITIS.
; Investigations, roported in a recent publication of the Californian Board of Health, as to the methods of enumerating leucocytes in milk, led the three experimenters to concludo that "the. prcscnco of streptococci in milk cannot be considered as a proof of inammitis, and that, the microscopic examination of milk for staphylococci is of doubtful value."
