The troubles connected with Mr. , Musgrovo's German Opera Company have culminated in tho issue of writs against Mr. George Musgrove by Hans Mohwinkel and Karl Foller,. claiming steamer fares from Melbourne to Genoa. Foller also'claims arrears of salary. A third writ by Fritz Rupp claims for alleged, breach of contract and arrears of salary.
