HELLERS' COMPANY.

A packed house greeted Heller's Company in the Oddfellows' Hall on Friday evening. In the first part Mr W. G. Heller performed original tricks and received much applause. Two of the audience tied him securely with ropes to a chair and placed him in_ a curtained cabinet. In less than a minute bells were rung inside, and on the attendant opening the curtains Heller was seen unbound. Examination showed the marks of the cord on his wrist, and the rope 'was not broken or cut. He was put in the cabinet again and almost immediately appeared bound as before, knots the same. Next time one of the audience, blindfolded, went In with him and when they reappeared they had exchanged coats. Funny to say the blindfolded man had neither felt his own coat going off nor the other one being put on. Heller offered £SO for a loose knot, but none was found, and everyone was mystified. In the second part Madame Heller gave exhibitions

' of mental telepathy, and that she &b- ---| tonished her hearers, is to say the I least of it. Questions were usked übout happenings in the district, and I madame; said to be in a trance, des- ' cribed them fairly accutatcly. She told one man to be caretul of accidents in the' month of Maroh, another to be careful of tiro. It was really a good show, and the audience apprecI iated it.
