Spurs lure Lineker
NZPA-AFP London Gary Lineker flies into England tomorrow to complete a move to Tottenham which will make him the best paid footballer in Britain. Lineker, the leading scorer at the 1986 World Cup, is expected to sign a £5OOO a week contract which ties him to the London club for three years. The Spurs manager, Terry Venables, returned from Spain after he l and the ■ chairman, Irving Scholar, had agreed on a £1.5 million package with Barcelona which also includes midfielder Nayim, who was on loan at White Hart Lane.
