Waimairi stand

Sir,—l read with amusement the advertisement (February 20) calling for a public meeting on the “Draconian legislation” for amalgamation by three Waimairi councillors who are using the same tactics and “Draconian legislation” on the Fendalton Road issue. P. WARDELL. February 20, 1989.
