Dogs in park
Sir,—Once again a beautiful day was turned on for the “Do Something Different” day in Hagley Park, only to be spoilt by the invasion of every man and woman and their dog. Not that I mind the men and women, but their dogs! Why should we have to put up with having to sidestep doggy-does? I do not think we should have to put up with this, especially where such a large group gathers. Every time I seem to go to one of these events it has only been spoilt by dogs, leashed or unleashed. — Yours, etc.,
PAM SCOTT. February 20, 1969.
