BP centre to close
The BP Lubricants Distribution Centre at Sea view will close by next September, causing the loss of 31 jobs. A BP spokesman said that to remain profitable the venture had to be-
come more efficient, which meant moving to Auckland. Seven jobs will also be lost by'the end of this« month at the Salmond; Smith Biolab cosmetics' factory in Miramar.
