Women as bishops?
PA Gisborne Women should be able to be consecrated as bishops, according to the Waiapu Diocesan Synod of the Anglican Church held in Gisborne. The General Synod of the Church had asked the various dioceses to approve changes in the regulations to allow for the possibility of consecrating a woman as a bishop.
