Timber yard blaze
Fire which severely damaged an office at a Christchurch timber yard yesterday could have been deliberately lit. The burnt remains of several toilet rolls were found near where the fire started at Wainoni Timber’s office. The fire started about 1.30 p.m. Police and firesafety officers are investigating.
