PA Wellington The Hastings-based commercial property investor, Arahi Properties, Ltd’s, issue of two million ordinary shares has closed fully subscribed. The public issue of 50c each, with a 10c premium, closed on December 17. The company will apply for Stock Exchange listing. The issue takes the company’s issued capital from $950,000 to $1,900,000.
