Kincaid and Hansen win
PA Hamilton Mister Kincaid, ridden by Chris Hansen of Hastings, won the first round of .the ANZ summer showjumping series at the Claudelands showgrounds on Saturday. Hansen, who has won the Bayer Grand Prix championship for the last two years, took the 11000 prize with two clear rounds. Cambridge’s Vicki Tropp was Hansen’s nearest rival, with time faults. Tropp, the 1984 Lady Rider of the Year, rode the seven-year-old Bounty Girl. Waikato’s Tom Cruse, with Ho, cleared the second round but clipped a rail in the first to come third.
