NZPA-Reuter Washington President Reagan will nominate Admiral William Crowe, commander of United States forces in the Pacific, to become chairman of the military Joint Chiefs of Staff. The ‘“New York Times” and “Washington Post” said Mr Reagan was expected to announce shortly Admiral Crowe’s nomination to succeed General John Vessey.
