CUSTOMER SUPPORT SUPERVISOR Businessworld has made a major commitment to expand its support capability in response to increased demand for its products and services. The Customer Support Supervisor will have the following responsibilities: - Co-ordinating and supervising a team of software and hardware support personnel!. - Analysing in-coming support calls, contacting customers, diagnosing problems and implementing solutions. - Promoting the support services and full technical service and maintenance agreements. Ideallyy applicants will possess in-depth experience in P.C. operating systems and business applications software.
