Education and health
Sir,—After reading the suggestions of Ruth Richardson for education and Philip Burdon for health, at the recent National Party divisional conference, I hope that anyone who may not feel entirely satisfied with the first 10 months performance of the Labour Government will clearly see what would be in store for them should National become the Government in 1987. We would truly become a two-tiered society with the rich enjoying all the benefits of education and health care and the poor getting the crumbs of very stale bread.—Yours, etc., JUDY M. WATERS. May 7, 1985.
