Indian for bisbop
The Vatican has named for the first time, a nonwhite, the Most Rev. Stephen Naidoo. as Archbishop of Cape Town, South Africa’s second-biggest city. Archbishop-elect Naidoo, aged 47, an Indian, is the auxiliary to the retiring archbishop, Cardinal Owen McCann, aged 77—Vatican City.
