Police seek witnesses
The Christchurch police seek witnesses to an accident in Lower Styx Road on Sunday evening in which a woman suffered serious head injuries. Sandra Maree Bower, aged 21, of Redwood, remained seriously ill in Christchurch Hospital last evening. She was in a Chevrolet coupe which hit a power pole and a fence about 7.20 pm- A man also in the car was treated at the hospital and Qscharged.
