Three seek Met. position
Three members of the nine-man committee will contest an election for vicepresidency of the Metropolitan Trotting Club. They are Messrs Tony Abell, Peter Andrews, and Graham White. One of the nominees will fill the vacancy resulting
from the rise to the presidency of the present vicepresident, Mr Dan McCormick, who will succeed Mr Murray Taylor, who retires this year. The club will also have an election for 15 stewards, 18 nominations having been received.
