Canty in semi-finals
PA Wanganui Canterbury looks like the outstanding team in the Page Trophy section of the national colts hockey tournament at Wanganui. It powered into the semifinals with a 6-0 win over a disappointing Taranaki side, but the team which grabbed attention was Hamilton, which gained a first-ever semi-final place with a surprise 1-0 victory over Manawatu.
