We seek a talented senior executive for this challenging role. This subsidiary company is predominantly in bulk haulage and specialised transport activities with branches throughout the North Island. Expansion prospects are excellent for this successful and efficiently managed company. A team of very competent managers will report to the Chief Executive, covering the functions of Regional Operations, Marketing, Administration, Accounting and Fleet Services. The Head Office is currently located in Tauranga. REQUIREMENTS: • Strong leadership qualities with proven profit management success. • Ability to motivate and strategically lead a team of managers. • Commercial acumen and drive to take advantage of business opportunities. ® Transport, freight, or shipping industry experience is desirable but not essential. • Age range flexible, but preferably in the 30-45 age group.
