PPC board change
Mr B. A. Hancox was last week appointed a director of Printing and Packaging Corporation. Ltd. by a meeting of the board, the directors announced yesterday.
Mr Hancox is a director of Brierley Investments. Ltd. which holds about 40 per cent in the Christchurchbased printing, packaging, and stationery retailer. The meeting accepted the resignation of Mr D. H. McDonald from the board. Mr McDonald, also a Brierley director, was appointed to .the Printing and Packaging board in October, 1980.
