Feltex office in Arabia
PA Wellington The carpet manufacturer, Feltex, plans to open an office in Saudi Arabia. Feltex will work through the Saudi company, of Abbar and Zainy, which has showrooms in the main centres. Considerable interest was shown in Feltex products at an ideal home exhibition held in Jeddah, according to a company statement. Mr Richard Doman, the company's permanent product manager, will arrive in Saudi Arabia at the beginning of next month. Feltex won its only major contract in Saudi Arabia in 1979 when it supplied about 300,000 square metres of carpet with a total contract value of SUS2.6M-
