Apology to Mr Bruce Warwick
On February 18 “The Press” printed in this section an interview with the British actor, Robin Askwith. In this report, Mr Askwith told of an incident at Dunedin during his New Zealand work, an incident which he said involved' his New Zealand employer, Mr Bruce Warwick. This story was wholly
false. Mr Askwith, who says he made it up “just, for a joke,” has since apologised for the embarrassment to Mr Warwick. “The Press” also apologises to Mr Warwick for the publication of this false material and sincerely regrets any embarrassment caused to him.
