$285,000 tour profit
PA Wellington The New Zealand Rugby Football Union yesterday declared a provisional profit of $235,000 for the tour by the South African team this year. The chairman. Mr Ces Blazey. said after the council meeting he expected the net figure to be "much less.” "Refunds from the cancelled match against Waikato have so far reached $3300, with a deadline of December 20," he said. “The figure is not a big profit in comparison with some tours.
