A wheel, all that remains of a bicycle which was chained to the stand in New Regent Street, is held by Mrs Shona Weigel, of Weigel Studio. The bicycle was chained to the stand more than a week ago and subsequently damaged when it was run over by a car. It was left in the stand last week and when the owner came to claim it yesterday he found that thieves had removed all but the front wheel.
