South Africa and sport
Sir, — Thanks to H. Williams, of Wellington, for his letter (August 11) on South Africa ‘and sport. He has shown with a clarity whicn cannot be bettered that New Zealand has failed and is still failing to honour the Gleneagles Agreement we have signed. If anybody still wonders why New Zealand’s sincerity in this matter is questioned inside and outside this country, H. Williams has provided the perfect answer. — Yours, etc., MARGARET MAYER.
