Rubbish tip to close
The public will be asked not to use the Carrs Road rubbish tip in Paparua County from August 1, and to take their rubbish to the Waimairi County tip in Sawyers Arms; Road.
A meeting of the Waimairi County works, reserves and traffic committee jwas told last evening of Paparua’s ban on the use of the tip and the switch to Waimairi’s tip, as had been, arranged. For several weeks after! August 1 the county r.iayj dump some household rub-; bish in the Carrs Road tip' but only to "tidy up the. shape of the fill.”
