Mr Rod Donald, a former ihead of the Canterbury Environment Centre, has been 'appointed as a rubbish recycling officer by the Christchurch City Council. He is also editor of the “Canterbury Environment Journal,” and helped to set up a recycling scheme for the Avon Loop Planning Association. He has been involved
