Low flying explanation
f.N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Oct. 5. Details of why an Air New Zealand DCB airliner made'a low landing approach over the northern Wellington hillside suburb of Newlands two weeks ago might be released tomorrow. The report is the result of an inquiry by officials of the Civil Aviation Division of the Ministry of Transport.
