(N.Z. Press Assn—Copyright) SYDNEY. The American, T. Kite, repulsed all challengers and took a two-stroke lead after the second round of the Australian Wills Master golf tournament yesterday. Kite fired a two-under-par 70 after his 67 on Thursday,! for a halfway total of 137.' He led a group of three Australians — D. Graham (71), E. Ball (69) and J. Newton (71) — all on 139. New Zealand’s challenge faded dramatically as W. J., Godfrey slumped from a 68 to a 78, and was on 146. H. Kennedy had a 75 for 147, C. Owen scored a 73 for 148, D. Clark (77) and J. M. Lister (69, an improvement of 11 strokes) were on 149. and T. Kendall (73) had totalled 151.
