Royal party’s speed

WELLINGTON, Jan. 29.
The Royal Family would observe the 50 m.p.h. speed limit when travelling in cars outside built-up areas, a spokesman for the tour office in Wellington said today, in response to an inquiry-. ’ He said that while the motorcade was in built-up areas it would travel at 30 m.p.h. or less, depending on the size of the crowd.
