Mr E. Lockyer, of Raetihl. has had the balance of a three-year term of disqualifications lifted by the executive of the Trotting Conference.

Mr Lockyer’s horse. Highland Flight, returned a positive swab after he had won at Wanganui on October 3, 1970. He was disqualified for five years and ordered to pay costs of 5500. He appealed and by a majority decision had the term of disqualification reduced to three years from January 26, 1971.
