Baked eggs

For this you will require individual dariole dishes. For four you will need: 4 eggs 4 slices bacon or ham 1 8 tablespoons cream or l evaporated milk 4 thin slices processed cheese Salt and pepper Method: Poach bacon or ham in boiling water for five minutes. Remove and dry and chop finely. Place in bottom of four greased individual darioles. Cover this with a thin slice of cheese. Break one egg into each dish carefully season with salt and pepper and cover with cream. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until whites are set.
