Baked fish

A fish breakfast that is easy to prepare and reasonably quick to cook is baked fish. For each person allow: — 1 fillet of fish 2-3 tablespoons breadcrumbs 1 egg I cup milk or evaporated milk |oz butter; salt and pepper; nutmeg Method: After washing fish, arrange in a greased ovenproof dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
