Yields at Lincoln

The crop yields and stock health at the Lincoln College properties during the year had both been satisfactory, but there had been an acute shortage of feed, the principal of the college (Dr M. M. Bums) said yesterlay. The quality of hay taken at the college had been good and so had the clover and ryegrass yields.

Considering it has only been a one-flowering season the clover yield was surprisingly good, Dr Burns said.
