Queen in Malaysia

Queen Elizabeth, looking relaxed after a day’s cruise north from Singapore, arrived in Port Klang to a ceremonial welcome for a two-week State visit to Malaysia—the third stage of her tour of South-East Asia and the Indian Ocean.
The Royal yacht Britannia steamed slowly up the channel, to Port Klang—until recently Port Swettenham—led by fast patrol boats in camouflage green and brown. Alongside, a fire tender sent plumes of spray into the air.
