WELLINGTON, Dec. 30. The Indian fiance of a New Zealand-born Indian girl was still waiting tonight for news about her disappearance. Miss Parvati Kala, aged 18, has not been seen by her parents since she left home in Lower Hutt about 1 p.m. on Monday. She is due to marry Mr Mavindra Bhana, aged 21 a diamond cutter from Bombay, on Monday. Mr Bhana has been granted a permit to stay in New Zealand until January 7, and he plans to settle in this country after his marriage. Mr Bhana’s cousins m Lower Hutt said tonight there had been no news of the whereabouts of Miss Kala since Monday.
