The Elmwood senior women’* tennis side suffered badly at the week-end through the absence of .its top player. Miss R. Legge. On Saturday, it lost to United by a margin of only one set after the matches were even at 3-all, and yesterday, it was beaten by Shirley by 5 matches to 1.
