C. Beading, of St Bede’s college and D. McGillivray, of Shirley Boys’ High School won the final of the under 16 boys’ doubles in the Canterbury secondary schools’ tennis tournament on Saturday. They beat D. Neilson (St Andrew’s) and W. Andrew (Christchurch Boys’ High School), 64, 6-Semi-finals of the under 16 mixed doubles which were also not completed on Friday resulted:— Andrew and C.
