Slight damage to house

Fire slightly damaged an outside wall and roof of a house at 27 Packe Street, St Albans, at 1.55 p.m. yesterday. Two appliances from the Central fire station were called to the fire, which was extinguished soon after their arrival. A detached toilet at 177 Keyes Road, New Brighton, was almost completely destroyed by fire soon after 1 p.m. yesterday. Two appliances from New Brighton and one from the central station attended the. fire.
