Bonus Bonds Prize Lists

Sir, —In view of the decided popularity of the bonus bonds, the printed prize list leaves much to be desired. I find it impossible to read the numibers. Could we have larger and clearer print in the published advertisements?— Yours, etc., JUST A BLUR.

August 28, 1970. [Mr J. N. Kemp, of the Post Office’s public relations division, replies: “We appreciate that some people may have difficulty in reading small print, but the size of the print in the advertisements is influenced by the number of prizes and space considerations. However, because of the increasing popularity of bonus bonds, the number of prizes is increasing, and a larger advertisement will be introduced shortly. This will provide an opportunity to enlarge the print and I hope that your correspondent will then have no difficulty in reading the advertisement”]
