Go-Slow

Sir, —So our civil servants in the Post Office are considering going slow. I hope that when they enter shops, bars, public transport and utilities they will be honest enough to announce themselves and stand aside as "pariahs” to allow the genuine tax paying creative public to'be served first. I take it that these Government servants will be quite happy to accept half a glass of beer or half-quantities of groceries and meat seeing that they evidently intend to do about half work for a full day’s pay.—Yours, etc., IRATE TAXPAYER. September 3, 1970.
