Chch Girl Collapses

INVERCARGILL, May 18. A 23-year-old teacher from Kalkorai Valley, Dunedin, High School collapsed from exhaustion on a high pass in the Fiordland National Park this morning and had to be airlifted by helicopter to Te Anau this afternoon. Miss Ann Macarthur, of 35 McMillan Avenue, Cashmere, was with a party of Kalkorai Valley staff and students which went into the park on Saturday. She recovered after being treated by a doctor at Te Anau.
