The victory was the second in as many weeks for Palmer after a year’s drought He finished with a 72-hole total of 270, or 18 under par. G. Brewer, who led the first three rounds and was geeking bis first victory in more than two years, finished with a 73 for 272, and second place. L. Trevino had a final 66 for third at 274. L. Hinson and H. Underwood each had a 69 to- share fourth place at 275.
