Stoppings Blow Out Again (N.Z. Press Association) GREYMOUTH, Oct. 23. Stoppings put in to seal off heating in a section of the Liverpool State Coal Mine have blown out for the second time in as many days. Three stoppings in Section Two East blew out this morning, 24 hours after two of them installed on Monday had blown out
Heating was discovered when production resumed on Monday morning. It was announced last night that the mine would not resume work this week, and this morning the rescue team was called out to repair the latest series of blow-outs. ,
