Night Outings Banned (N:Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Oct. 23. A 19-year-old youth was ordered by a Judge today not to go out at night for the.next three months unless given special leave by a probation officer. Sam Peter Lazarus, a machine operator, who had been found guilty of assautling a female, was fined $650 and put on probation for three years when he -appeared before Mr Justice WoodhoUse for sentence.

He was ordered to pay $lOO compensation to the girl. He must also give directions to his employer to pay direct to the Justice Department from his wages a sum determined by the probatio; officer; He was also ordered to open a savings account and deposit $5 a week; and to make no withdrawals unless approved by the probation officer.
